) muss ich mein M5 verkaufen weil ich ein grosserer fahrzeug brauche um mein E30 m3 rennfahrzeug nach die rennstrecke zu fahren.

My car is in very good condition, being VIN BL01811 it is a six speed and has the big brakes. It has excellent power (compared to other M5’s) and shifts smoothly fast. Paint and bodywork as interior are good for a car of this age (can be seen on the recent pictures in my album). On the maintenance side I can tell you the following: it has 182.000km and comes with all original documents (owners manuals, service book, nappa leather sample etc) stored in a leather M-etui including two remote keys. I installed temporarly a wideband sensor to monitor accurately the mixture which showed optimal values throughout the rev range. The car has back its original (new from 2008) oxygen sensor.
Always respecting the normal operating oil temp for a spirited drive (although rare due to speed limits law in Belgium). In the last two years the following extra maintenance has been executed:
- Cleaning MAF
- New plugs
- New O2 sensor
- New TPS sensor
- New drive shaft coupling (diff side)
- All oil services with Castrol edge 10w60
- Front + rear new suspension arm bushings
- New pitman arms rear (apr’09)
- New flexible brake hoses (6) (apr’09)
- BMW approved coolant
- New fog light
I verified and corrected where needed the valve clearances and upgraded to the S52 chain tensioner in November 2008. I checked the synchronization of the butterflies and the resonance flap works as it should. I passed the Belgian annual MOT this month. All electrical switches and functions do work, also the double sun roof.
