    Die Nagi M5 gehören wohl nicht zu den Sondermodellen?


    Interessant wär noch eine jeweilige Fotostory hinter den bekannten, wie beim Alpina Register!

    @Stefan: Der Naghi M5 war "nur" eine Sonderserie für den nahen Osten, glaube Dubai, von dem BMW-Händler Naghi per Individual Bestellung in Auftrag gegeben! Also nix BMW offizielles...


    Fotos hätte ich auch ein Paar, jedoch größtenteils ohne VIN.. :(


    Interessant wäre auch der Sonderfall GD62228 (Brillantrot): Darf man diesen Wagen auch zu den 20 Jahre Modellen zählen, obwohl er nicht in die VIN-Gruppe der 20 Jahre passt, er aber das Austellungsfahrzeug für den Genfer Autosalon 1992 war :confused: ?

    "NAGHI M5 1992" die letzten 15 gebauten 3.6er fuer und im Auftrag von
    NAGHI Motors, Saudi Arabia.

    GD62228 war BMW-Ausstellunngsfahrzeug fuer den Genfer Autosalong im
    MÄRZ 1992. Die "20 Jahre"-Autos wurden zum M-Geburtstag im Oktober 1992
    gebaut. Eine ---Vermutung--- ist, das GD62228 zu Photozwecken benutzt wurde fuer die "20 Jahre"-Brochuren, da die Broschuren fertig sein mussten
    bevor ein echter "20 Jahre" gebaut war.

    Schon interessant, wo das ein oder andere Auto wieder auftaucht, leider war der Wagen schon in Berlin so "gepimpt".

    What is an E34 M5 "Naghi Motors" edition?

    At the request of Naghi Motors, the BMW importer for Saudi Arabia, BMW Motorsport GmbH produced 15 special examples of the 3.6-liter E34 M5 sedan. Known as the "Naghi" edition, these were the final ECE-spec 3.6-liter M5s produced. and were all built in late March and early April of 1992. Like all Gulf-specification E34 M5s, they were built without catalysts and were therefore rated at 318 hp (DIN). Five examples were produced in three different exterior colors each: Jet Black (668), Alpine White II (218) and Lagoon Green metallic (266).
    Each “Naghi Motors” edition was fitted with only the following regular M5 factory options:
    -M rear spoiler
    -Shadowline exterior trim
    -Green-tinted windshield stripe
    -Velour floor mats
    -Air conditioning
    -BMW Bavaria Cassette III radio
    In addition, each was equipped from the factory with the following special equipmen, provided by BMW Individual:
    -Recaro SR front seats with Black leather bolsters and either Anthracite M cloth inserts from the 3.8-liter M5 (used in all Jet Black and Alpine White II examples) or Neon Green/Anthracite striped cloth inserts from the E30 Design Edition (used in all Lagoon Green examples)
    -Red seatbelts*
    -M System II alloy wheels (8x17-inch front, 9x17-inch rear)
    -Hirschmann phone antenna
    -Sterling Silver metallic (244) contrasting aero panels**
    *Alpine White and Jet Black examples only
    **Jet Black examples only
    Finally, the following additional equipment was added by Naghi Motors once the cars arrived in Saudi Arabia:
    -M tri-color stripes on the front driver-side edge of the hood*
    -Red leather steering wheel, gear shift knob, and parking brake handle*
    -Special door sill plates with the "Naghi Motors" insignia
    *Alpine White and Jet Black examples only
